supporting extra-large PCB

A large multi-layer board (multilayered printed wiring board) which is used in semiconductor testing machine. We own the mounting line which support MAX 610mm (up to t = 7.0mm) in order to cope with the large size PCB assembling.

 We provide the stable quality and effective usage of materials by installing 3D SPI which support large size PCB, and re-flow which support Pb-free for 10 zones.
