AOI Utilization Example

Management by Barcode

The camera of AOI reads PCB barcode, and it is usable for data management. AOI adds a unique code to PCB without the barcode. It can link the defect data to NG PCB by printing out barcode.

Network Construction

Database compilation of components library is possible from multiple AOI machines which enables to keep the inspection accuracy. Defect data can be aggregated from all AOI machines by collecting inspection result to the server which enables the quality control of the factory.

Base program management and setting of multi-destination PCB

Add destination information to the basic PCB data to avoid the trouble of commonization of different inspection items. One data is necessary for the management by different destination.
