We provide the support service to the user who bought the products of Marantz Electronics.
Including the products within the warranty period, we can handle the request of repair and trouble investigation of the products which is outside of warrantee period.

Demonstration of the product is available at our Showroom
Demonstration of MEK products is available at our showroom upon customer request.
We will adjust the demonstration schedule individually for each customer. You can try the product thoroughly for no concerns and unclear points.

We hold the individual training for product operation
We provide the training for product operation upon customer request. We hold the training at our showroom facility in MEK Japan.
We make schedule individually by each customer. You can learn the operating procedure to clarify the concerns of products.
