Making good use of expensive material

We install BGA rework machine for soldering defect of electrode package component at PCB back side.
It supports maximum PCB size 762mm x 558mm. Possible to handle multilayered PCB by equipping high power heater.
Also we check the defect by the radioscopy and connection confirmation after the rework.
We accept the order of rework only or redioscopy work only. Please contact for the detail.
