Features
| Component inspection and conformal coating inspection with one AOI White lighting is for component inspection and fiducial recognition. UV lighting is for conformal coating inspection. Inspection is possible depend on inspection target by switching UV lighting and white lighting. |

Unit type
| Inspection unit can be integrated to top/bottom or both for conveyer construction which allows to build the production facility for each application.
